The Guide includes strategic, analytical & advisory materials reflecting communication activity. Channels and tools for communication with the target audiences, crucial messages & performance indicators can be found in the document. Also, the LegalPics team has developed a required toolkit for work in the media field including: list of informational occasions' types, press materials, conceptions of web pages, social network promotion plan etc.
Result
Communication strategy with necessary toolkit allows to achieve company’s business targets, not only media targets. To create the guide, we considered the internal structure of the EAPO and conducted competitive analysis in terms of the best practices in the sphere of intellectual property review. Taking into account the results of the research, the channels of communication were chosen, the crucial messages were expressed, performance indicators were stated. An important section is the practical section. It contains conceptions and plans of the social media promotion & tools for interaction with mass media during all phases of interaction with it: from the idea of the media story to its publication.
