Challenge
Difficulties in perceiving information on the site. Lack of inclusiveness.
Problem
We have created a clear, user-friendly section with descriptive images. It allows to increase the conversion rate of targeted actions and sales, as well as reduce the load on customer service.
Result
Everyone knows how a FAQ section on websites usually looks like. Sometimes people can’t find needed answers there. Many answers remain unclear due to the dry formal language. We have modified it with stylized characters that have brought dynamics and animation. We have added familiar situations to make the content easier to understand.
